The cushion includes a plush 100% Premium Duck insert.

We offer Free shipping for orders above $200 including tracking.
Returns and Exchanges
Change of Mind
While we hope you're happy with your purchase, sometimes it might not look right in its new home so its no problem to exchange it for something else or return the item for a full refund. If the product you want to exchange for something else of a greater value we can send you an invoice for the difference.
Postage for change of mind returns (exchanges and refunds) needs to be covered by the customer. Please ensure you choose a trackable delivery method for your return. Bate & Co will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages.
For any exchange or return for a change of mind or refund, our policy is strictly 3 days to notify us after receiving your order.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products so we carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Please inspect your order on receipt and notify us of any fault or damage as soon as possible. Once we have received your damaged or faulty goods we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
